About Us

One Home opened in May 2002 as a strictly vintage mid-century modern home furnishings store in Denver, Colorado.  It immediately received several local retail awards and was featured in the New York Times and on HG-TV.
 
One Home now carries new lines including B&B Italia, Arclinea kitchens, Agape bathrooms, Driade,Vitra, de Sede, Arflex, Knoll, Flos, Casamilano, FLOR, Iittala, Bombast, Alessi, Bonaldo, Fold, Catellani and Smith, Alivar, Art Partitions, Baleri, Bonacina, Catellani Smith, doublebutter, Cherner, Zanotta, Michael McCoy, e bella, Extremis, Living Divani, Fritz Hansen, Vitra, Jeremy Cole, Louis Poulson, Cassina, Porro, Walnut Street Woodworks, and Offi alongside high quality vintage modern pieces and furniture by local designers.
 
One Home offers residential and commercial design services, from furniture selection to interior architectural design.  One Home's owner, Heather Mourer, a graduate of Parsons School of Design in New York, has designed interiors of residences, hotels, offices, and retail spaces.

One Home strives to keep your personal information confidential. By ensuring that you are aware of and understand the One Home Privacy Policy, we can provide you with better service.  One Home collects and uses your personal information to give you superior customer service, to provide you with convenient access to our products and services, and to keep you up to date on the latest product announcements, special offers, and other information we think you'd like to hear about.

We collect information about you in a few ways. For example, we might ask for your contact information when you correspond with us or call us to make a purchase.  One Home works with other companies that help us provide products and services to you, and we may provide your personal information to these companies. For example, we give shipping companies this information so they can deliver your products efficiently. The information they receive is for shipping and delivery purposes only, and we require that the companies safeguard your personal information in accordance with One Home's policies.

One Home safeguards the security of the data you send us with physical, electronic, and managerial procedures. One Home does not knowingly solicit personal information from children or send them requests for personal information.
The One Home Customer Privacy Policy is subject to change at any time. 

Returns
Non-custom merchandise purchased from onehomedesign.com may be returned for store credit or exchange only within 14 days of payment if accompanied by original receipt and in original condition and in original packaging.  (Custom-ordered merchandise may not be returned.)  Returns must be pre-authorized by calling 720.946.1505. Returns received and not pre-authorized will be subject to 20% restocking fee. Non-stock items, special orders, lighting and polycarbonate items are not returnable. Refunds are not issued except in the case of defective merchandise we are unable to repair or replace. Returns should be properly packed and sent at the customer's expense, to: One Home, 2445 E. Third Ave, Denver, CO 80206. Actual cost of shipping item to you will not be credited or refunded. Store credit is valid for one year from date of issue. Thereafter, unused credit is forfeited. Claims for defective or damaged items must be filed within 14 days of delivery. Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery. Claims received after 14 days of delivery will not and cannot be processed.

Shipping
Onehomedesign.com is committed to keeping the lowest shipping prices available. We select the most cost efficient forwarders and maintain a high standard of quality assurance.  Purchaser understands that product availability may be limited and not all products are available for immediate delivery. One Home shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, cost or expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery. One Home is not responsible for loss or damages occurred to product while in transit. Purchaser must carefully inspect all merchandise prior to accepting delivery. If the product is damaged, the purchaser should deny the delivery and contact One Home. One Home will assist whenever possible with the processing of any claim you may have with a carrier, but by doing so you agree that One Home shall not incur any additional liability or obligation. One Home reserves the right to refuse shipments to a location other than the address on the purchaser's credit card. One Home cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

Order cancellation
Orders cancelled are subject to a minimum 25% or maximum 50% cancellation and restocking fee in addition to any shipping charges incurred.   Specially manufactured orders cannot be cancelled.

Sales Tax
Onehomedesign.com charges Colorado Residents 7.6% sales tax and charges no sales tax on any orders shipped within the United States outside of Colorado. You are expected to comply with your state's current laws regarding purchases over the Internet.

Changes to Terms and Conditions and To Site
One Home reserves the right to modify or change the terms of use of this site with or without notification.

User Warranties
In placing an order, you warrant that you are over 18 years of age, and that you are providing accurate, true, and complete information, and that you have the authority to place the order.

Disclaimer of Warranties
You expressly understand and agree that your use of this site is at your sole risk and that this site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Indemnification

Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your account and restrict your use of this site if we have reason to believe you have violated any of these terms and conditions, including providing us with false information.

 


 Lead Times on Accessories

One Home keeps about 75% of the accessories you see on this website in stock.  If an accessory is in stock it will ship within 48 hours and be to you within 5-10 business days depending on type of shipping.  Express shipping is available on in-stock items for an upcharge.  Items not in stock are typically availble within 3-5 weeks.  Of course lead times always change so it is best to call or email us for the most accurate delivery date.
